LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

We have developed leaders in the military, private and public sectors with a focus on leading a learning organization. Our primary framework is Peter Senge's Five Disciplines of Learning Organizations; we believe that we can unlock the potential of our workforce and develop leaders needed to lift organizations to higher heights. We also consider key tenants from the following theoretical models: Transformational Leadership, Servant Leadership and Leader- Member Exchange (LMX) for improvement of workplace relationships, climate and culture.

the process of living and working purposefully towards a vision, in alignment with one’s values and in a state of constant learning about oneself and the reality in which one exists.

building a sense of commitment in a group, by developing shared images of the future we seek to create, and the principles and guiding practices by which we hope to get there.

Shared Vision

We understand the importance of cultivating stronger relationships and building a culture of belonging especially as we place a greater focus on diversity and inclusion in our ranks. Our goal is to build leaders with the technical and non-technical skills to lead in a volatile business environment with a skillset to manage change and lead diversity. Leadership is a journey and we vow to be with you throughout the process.
