Our CEO

is a Diversity and Inclusion Champion who has served in D&I Leadership in the military, public, and private sectors. He has trained hundreds of future D&I leaders ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to build a climate of inclusion within their organization. He truly believes our strength is in our differences and has leaned on his experience to develop a program that brings these differences to light in a way that is productive, positively provocative and transformational.

Our team has developed and facilitated content based on major D&I components to include unconscious bias, microaggressions, intent and impact and the insider-outsider dynamics. We understand that Diversity and Inclusion is truly about Leadership; for this reason, the content for these components are built on a strong leadership theoretical and practical foundation. Diversity and Inclusion through the prism of Learning Organizations, Transformational Leadership,  Servant Leadership and the Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) Theory. Diversity and Inclusion is about Leadership.
