LEADERSHIP COACHING

Training, as an independent concept, is a valuable and necessary component needed to move organizations forward, especially as it pertains to the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) of the workforce. Training is usually more cost-effective because certain training events can reach larger numbers of individuals. 
 
Training is essential, but coaching offers a more personal feel desired by many in their professional and personal contexts. The potential is there but must be unlocked by asking powerful questions and actively listening to find those barriers. Our Leadership Coaching Program centers on a combination of life, executive, and technical coaching. This allows us to coach individuals at every level of the organization.

Coaching has also gained popularity as organizational leaders develop their high-potential employees (HIPOs). High- potential employees are usually part of the organization’s succession planning process and are trained more diligently than other employees. Our team of highly qualified and certified coaches are intentional about helping employees maximize their soft and hard skills as they move towards higher levels of responsibility.
